1. What are some of the previous research projects you have done?
2. Based on these projects, what does research mean to you?
3. Describe one of your research successes or failures. Why was the experience positive or negative?
Some of the previous research projects i have done consisted of a dinausar project i did in 4th grade and the eventful history papers done in social
studies last year. based on these projects, what research means toi me is google something find a source, then write a paper on it. Most of the ones last year
were failures due to confusing rubics, my old pc's lack of knowlege to correctly save files from my e-mail, and not enough time to work efficently. Thankfully i have also had some good ones with the help of good old flopply disks and a computer that liked downloading my files from the e-mail. Teacher Response - 3-15-07

Hopefully you will not have so many technical difficulties during this project. One other possible reason your research projects were not successful last year is because googling something to find a source then writing a research paper is not, in fact, the best means of researching a question thoroughly. You are in luck, however. You will learn with this project how to use other sources of information that should lead to a more successful experience....provided you are willing to work. ~ Mrs. Goodall Entry 2 March 15 2007
I think the webbing process helped me find a topic because it gave me somewhere to write down my ideas. Teacher Response 3-16-07
